What is a good website builder software?
I want to start a site that would function a lot like Yahoo Answers where people would sign up for an account and then put their opinion on different subjects. I would like it to keep track of points based on other people's opinions but I am not sure if there is a software that can set that all up correctly.
Buying Website Builder Software Like Weebly.com, Homestead.com?
I am looking to buy a software tool like weebly.com or homestead.com. My plan is to either get anything open source if available and customize it OR buy source code from people who are willing to sell. I want setup this business of letting people create their own websites for free. Any ideas, pointers? Where do I look for this software?

Does anybody know of any good software that can help you build a professional looking website for newbie without any knowledge of HTML or code but does not charge monthly fees? I prefer one time payment, if you know of a good software then it doesn't matter. Some that I know of arexsitepro and SbI site build it, though this one have monthly fees please if you can help me find a good software that make website build easy then that could really be a big help.
