My long distance 500 miles boyfriend and I want to get a pet to share. What kind of animal travels well besides dogs and cats? I have 6 dogs, so no dogs, and he's allergic to cats. He's allergic to guinea pigs also. And he has two hamsters already. which I hate Suggestions?

United Airlines international pet travel. Anyone with experience??
I'm getting ready to move home from Japan to the USA and I have a cat to bring. My employer booked and paid for my ticket, so I didn't have a choice in the airline and United was chosen for me. I've been looking on the net about bringing my cat with me and I can't figure out if I'm going to be able to bring her or not. It might be too hot for cargo, can she ride in the cab with me for such a long flight? Anyone ever done this type of thing before? I can't leave her, she's my best friend...

Hi, I am traveling with my pet to Singapore from India. I know all the documentation process other than getting the export permit. Can anyone help? I am traveling with Singapore Airlines in January. I am complying with the documentation of Singapore Government which says that medical certificate issued by govt authority can serve as export policy. Question on Pet Travel to Europe from Ireland 'Doberman'?
Me and my girlfriend rescued a dog from assholes a year ago, we had no plans to get a dog as we wanted to travel to Australia, but when we heard of the dog we couldn't ignore her and now we are very attached to her. we cant be away from her for more than a week or we will go mad. I checked the price of a dog going to austrailia and i'm shocked. 5000 and then 30 days quarantine and then insurance, injections and anything else they can rob you with. we can not afford this. I came up with the alternative plan of saving for a camper van and traveling across Europe. We really want to travel before we have kids and get really tied down There is no way we will part with this dog. I cant find any information on pet travel Ireland to Europe, what rules and regulations is there? is there a costly price? the dog is number 6 on the dangerous dogs list even though its a big softy, will country's have a problem with this? thanks for reading this question and i hope to get a bit of good info If all else fails i'm going to dress her up like Barbra Streisand and smuggle her across customs

Researching the Pet Travel Scheme, and would like to know: Why is only Praziquantel allowed as a treatment?
Animals have to be dosed against the tapeworm Echinococcus Multilocularis before they come back into the country. An I know that they have to be dosed between 24 and 48 hours.However why MUST the drug used be Praziquantel? Is there a reason? Or is it simply that it works and it's easier to just have one drug for the scheme?Thanks for your help
