Does Google Chrome OS Work On Intel Core i3 Based Laptops?
I have a Compaq laptop with intel core i3, 2gb ram, 250 gb hard disk. Can I install Google Chrome OS? How is it in comparison with Windows7 Ultimate? I just need to browse the web for emails and download games, movies, songs etc. I dont do anything else. Is it OK to have Google Chrome OS? I cant afford to buy Windows7. I am preferring Google Chrome OS because its free.
Y does my laptop(mini dell inspiron) overheat so fast?
It started doing it a couple months ago so a got it cleaned out by a high techy friend. But it still overheats within 15 20 mins of use and slows down really bad or just stops responding by at least 1 1 2 hrs. I know laptops last longer than tht. My laptop use to work all day long for me.
Help with gaming laptop?
Please be patient with me, and be more patient with your answers. If you're just going to give some vague, short answers, please don't answer anymore. I've been running around like a headless chicken with its tail on fire for a week already trying to look for a good laptop.I would like to buy a gaming laptop, and I have a budget of $1500. Here are some of my preferences. I've tried some laptop finders on the web, but I felt kinda restricted, and nothing beats human intuition , top of the list global warranty cause I'm just having my aunt in the U.S. buy it for me, I'm staying in Asia right now at least 17" screen 1920 x 1080 Intel i7 740QM 1.7 2.93GHz at least 4, but preferably 6GB of DDR3 1333mhz RAMdedicated 1GB DDR5 video memory one 500GB 7200rpm HDD, preferably with 2 hard drive slotsbluetooth and wi fi capable of course, lol at least 1.3mp webcamone touch shut up button mute, lols added features are very much appreciated, like toshiba's sleep and charge. fingerprint reader is very nice, too. battery life around 4 hours and good cooling features. and oh, no major customer blunders issues.im actually torn between some toshiba qosmios and asus g73jh's. can anyone shed some light?also, please don't get insulted having to answer this, but which is better for 3D gaming and has better power management, ATI or NVIDIA? some model comparisons will be greatly appreciated. thanks a lot for your patience. and oh, a backlit keyboard is a must. but most gaming laptops have that anyway, so, if anyone can suggest some nice features such as those included above, please do. hit me with everything you can think of. i love functionality. thanks
Your opinion on which one of these cheap laptop would be best?
