Question: Noise reduction headphones?

Need a reccomendation for noise reduction headphone for airline use.. They need to fold or be very compact. Since it is for a gift, not too expensive.

In most cases, the bigger headphones have better quality noise reduction. But if you're just looking for earbuds, I highly reccomend the Philips Surround Sound White Earbuds. These can be found at Target for $19.99. I've used them on the plane and I couldn't even hear my family members talking to me.
